Delivery Times, Shipping Services, Returns & 60 Day Money Back Guarantee Information

1. Delivery Time & Information
We dispatch all orders to General Customers on a same working day basis. Provided the item is in stock, we dispatch orders received by 3pm on the same day and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (We do NOT ship on weekends). For our Wholesale Customers, we aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days, this is dependent on item availability.

2. Carriage Charges
We use a variety of carriage methods to ensure that the most efficient service is always used for your selection, including Royal Mail Signed & Tracked-24, Royal Mail Signed & Tracked-48 and UPS International. Our carriage charges are dependent on the customer and vary between a number of factors such as the weight and size.

For General Customers you can opt from:
Royal Mail Signed & Tracked-24 - £5.99
Royal Mail Signed & Tracked-48 - £4.99
Bulk orders over 5kg - £9.99
UPS international tracked 7 Signed - £14.99

For Wholesale Customers:
Carriage charges vary depending on weight and units purchased, this will be determined via a quote by quote basis.

3. Ensuring Smooth Delivery
Please note that some of our deliveries will require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery. This includes Royal Mail and UPS. Note: When placing an order, we request that you supply us with a daytime telephone number or mobile number so that you can be contacted quickly in case of a query with your order.

4. Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery. Please ensure that you input the correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

All orders are sent with proof of postage and tracking numbers - if you have provided an email or phone number. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery. If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

5. Refund Time
We will refund you the price you paid for the products including the original delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. Your refund will be made within 5-10 working days from the day by which we receive your return or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product(s) back to us.
